The protection of your personal privacy is important to us.  That is why your personal data are collected or used only in accordance with the provisions of the Federal Data Protection Act and supplementary data protection regulations. The responsible authority pursuant to the Federal Data Protection Act is Wircon GmbH, Schwetzinger Str. 22-26, 68753 Waghäusel, Germany (hereinafter: Wircon). Here we inform you about which data are recorded when visiting the Wircon websites and how these are used.

Data storage when visiting Wircon websites

To avoid abuse and to improve the range of information, we collect and store data such as, for example, your web requests, IP address, time and date, browser type and version of the operating system in anonymized form. The data are not used to identify you personally. It is not possible for us to allocate these data to a certain person. These data are evaluated for statistical purposes and then deleted. For purposes of advertising, market research and for the needs-based design of our offers we may create user profiles when using pseudonyms. You have the right to object to this use of your data. We may not bring together the user profiles with data about the bearer of the pseudonym.

Use of Cookies

Cookies are small text files which can be filed on your hard disk. These are created by the web server, with which you have established a connection via your web browser and then sent to you. To be able, e.g. to process orders, it may be necessary as an exception that we pass on personal data to service providers. These are also contractually obligated to comply with data protection regulations and are not deemed third parties within the meaning of data protection regulations.

Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses so-called “Cookies”, text files which are stored on your computer and which allow an analysis of the use of the website by you. The information created by the Cookie about the use of this website is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there.

In the case of activating the IP anonymization on this website, your IP address is, however, abbreviated by Google within member states of the European Union or in other signatories of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in cases of exception will the full IP address be transferred to a Google server in the USA and abbreviated there. The IP anonymization is active on this website. You can enquire at Wircon at any time whether we have stored any of your personal data at our premises, which data we have stored about you, for which purposes we have stored these data and to whom we have possibly passed these on. You are also entitled to a correction of incorrect data, blocking and deletion of your data. Of course, you have the right to revoke any given approvals for the collection, processing and utilization of your data at any time and without giving reasons. You can arrange these per email to [email protected]. We will then correct, block or delete your personal data. As an exception, however, legal regulations, in particular with regard to data for billing and accounting purposes may be opposed to a deletion.
